Communication between Independent Directors and Internal Audit Director and Accountants

1. 1.  The internal audit manager should attend the board of directors' meeting at least once a quarter and
2.     annual regular seminars to reportaudit matters. Independent directors can understand the Company's
3.      operation status (including financial business) and audit status through the “Summary of Audit Reports”
4.      provided by the audit unit each month.
5. 2.  Independent directors and accountants communicate well through the quarterly board of directors and
6.      annual regular seminars.
