I.KNH and Environment

Ability environment protection system compliant with law and government regulations, and we set out goal toward “zero pollution, zero hazard”.

 

In order to fulfill the foregoing commitments, we will strive to fully implement the following policies:

 

•Abiding by the Law, Preventing Pollution.

•Cherishing Resource, Reducing Waste Material.

 

In order to prove the commitment of environment management policy, we will execution the following strategies:

 

 

1. ISO14001 Environmental Management System Implementation

2. Continuous Improvement, and increase resource utilization

3. Promotion of industrial waste reduction, implementation of pollution prevention

4. Implementation of education and training, to enhance environmental awareness and ability

5. Relevant Environmental Regulation Compliance, and comply with extra requirements agreed by the company

6. Protect the health and safety of the employees

7. Propagate the environmental protection knowledge to suppliers, and jointly participate in environmental 

    activities

8. Ensure environment related substances in KNH products comply with customer’s requirements

II.Environmental Risk Evaluation

    The Company’s operations according to material principles has established the “Measures of Environmental Risk Evaluation,” on May 10, 2018. Through the environmental risk management standards established in the method, respond to the risks and opportunities that may arise from changes in the situation. Take countermeasures or control measures according to the risk assessment results in advance, to achieve the purpose of sustainable operation of the organization.

    All departments analysis issues and relevant stakeholders’ requirements according to the Company’s internal and external material environmental issues. The Company’s environmental management representative then makes sure and identifies material environmental issues and the environmental management review committee review the execution progress and results of risk response measures.
