Nonwoven fabric, as its name implies, is different from conventional warp and weft webbing, but it's processed under needle- weaving or carding with different varieties of fibers. Going through needle-weaving and carding, the fibers are over-crossed from all directions on the same panel and then be formed with shape technique. Comparing to conventional webbing, the production process for nonwoven from fiber materials to finish fabric is completely on the same line throughout which is more cost and time efficient.
