  At KNH, employee welfare is considered as one of our top priorities. We provide our employees with safe workplace environments and equal opportunities for training and development. We believe these are factors to attract talents.

 

  KNH believes compensation and benefits are important aspects to our employees, therefore we have developed a Competitive Compensation Policy. The employee's compensation is decided by employee's educational background, professional experience, and personal performance. Gender difference does not affect the salary structure in KNH. Candidates with identical background, no matter of race, religion, political affiliation, gender, marital status, and member of trade union, their starting salary in KNH will be identical.

Occupational Health
  We take a strategic approach to creating a healthy workplace for our employees. This includes regular health examination programs and the provision of medical facilities to our staffs. We also provides the information of healthy lifestyle, maternity & baby care.
  The Company set up Occupational Safety and Health’s Office responsible for integrating the environmental safety throughout the Company to comply with the laws and regulations, and effectively controlling the organization in order to achieve the target. Meanwhile, the Company established the management target for “zero labor safety incidents” and protect employees’ personal safety through training and propagation and reward mechanism.The various workplaces also comply with relevant laws and regulations, install fire protection equipment, and organize fire drills and training twice per year. 
Living Environment

  We provide dormitories at each manufacturing site. These dormitories are built for the purpose of offering a comfortable living environment for employees, especially for migrant workers. Every dormitory is furnished and located within only a short distance of each site.It will arrange for the operating environment inspection and disinfection for the working environment once per half a year, and also contract professional cleaning service providers to clean the working environment to upgrade the environmental quality. 

Employee Relations

  KNH proactively obtains and then acts upon employee opinions and concerns through a variety of communication channels, which include employee hotline and opinion mailboxes to communicate with our managing directors, factory managers, and line managers. Special attention has been taken so private information is not disclosed.

KNH convene a labor-management meeting at least once every 3 months to make sure that the communication channel with employees is not any problems.

Training and People Developments

   It is our goal to provide all employees with a clear path for career development, and we invest in training for all employees. New recruits are provided with induction training program. After that we also provide the courses of function competency by the functions.
